Why we are asking: to understand how people and organizations connect today, what it costs, what goes wrong, and what would need to change for any new option — including, but not only, satellite internet.
How answers are used: combined with others and analysed in groups by a small research team. No company will contact you.
What we store: only your answers, the survey version, the hour of submission, the language, and a general link tag if any. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, address or organization name, and the app does not save your IP address or device details. Website hosting may keep short-term technical logs we do not link to answers.
